POLICE are searching for a man who has not been seen since last weekend.
73-year-old William Easton, who is also known by the names of Walter and Scottish Willy, was last seen in the Brunswick pub in Malmesbury Park Road in Bournemouth on Sunday, November 13.
He is described as having white receding hair and a short white beard and was last seen wearing a black quilted style jacket, black scarf, black beanie hat, blue jeans and brown shoes.
Inspector Jon Wasey, of Dorset Police’s missing person support team, said: “William has not been seen for a few days now and we are becoming concerned for his welfare.
“In order to make sure he is all right, we need to find him and I am hoping that somebody might have seen him since the last sighting and can help us find out where he could be.
“We believe William normally attends public houses in the Winton and Charminster areas, but we have not been able to establish whether he has been there since he went missing.
“I would also like to appeal to William directly. If you see this – please make contact with us and let us know where you are so we can ensure you are safe and well.”
Anyone with information or knowledge as to William’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk/contact or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55220185532
