CHLOE MCALLISTER, aged 25 and of Kingsdown Lane, Swindon, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle at McDonald’s in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on May 25, 2021, and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so. Fined £240. To pay £34 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
PHILIP MILES WARN, aged 77 and of Pinehurst Park, West Moors, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in West Moors between August 7, 2020, and May 31 and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her. Restraining order made, which lats until November 8, 2024. Fined £665. To pay £66 surcharge and £85 costs.
NICHOLA JANE JONES, aged 50 and of Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, admits driving a motor vehicle in Learoyd Road, Poole, on December 15, 2021, with 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Community order made, whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months and take part in up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirements. Fined £250. Also found guilty of driving a motor vehicle in Rushall Lane, Lytchett Matravers, on February 17 with 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Community order made. Fined £375. To pay £95 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 42 months. Also admits driving a motor vehicle on the A413 and A43 Towcester on December 14, 2021, with 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Community order made. Driving record endorsed. Also admits driving a motor vehicle on the A413 and A43 Towcester on December 14, 2021, with 57 micrograms of cocaine, per litre of blood. Community order made. Fined £250. Driving record endorsed.
DANIEL VAUGHAN, aged 40 and of Milne Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 4 by failing to attend induction appointments as directed on October 7 and October 14. Community order revoked. To pay £80 costs. Committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for two years.
BENJAMIN CHARLES HUNT, aged 43 and of Blandford Road North, Beacon Hill, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Southampton on May 21 and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on July 21, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 22. Community order made.
