BOURNEMOUTH
MIHAI PIRVU, aged 38 and of Morley Close, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 6 with 118 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days and take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 months. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Bournemouth on October 6 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, October 6 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
EAST DORSET
TERRY BAKER, aged 62 and of Laburnum Grove, Portsmouth, admits driving a Ford Transit Connect on the A31 Ringwood Road, St Leonards and St Ives, on October 9 with 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.
JAMES LAWRENCE KNIGHT, aged 31 and of Verne Road, Verwood, admits entering an address in Wimborne Minster on February 8, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on March 16, 2021. Fined £200. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits making contact with a man in Wimborne Minster on March 1, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on March 16, 2021. Fined £200. To pay £100 compensation.
POOLE
THOMAS JAMES WHITE, aged 33 and of Legion Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford Eco in Lower Blandford Road, Poole, on October 8 with 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days, take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 46 months. Also admits using a Ford Eco in Lower Blandford Road, Poole, on October 8 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits being the driver of a Ford Eco owing to the presence of which in Lower Blandford Road, Poole, on October 8 an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a Vauxhall Viva and street furniture and he failed to stop. Community order made. Driving record endorsed.
REILLY IVAN JACOB WOOD, aged 22 and of Kitchener Crescent, Poole, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on April 23. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.
JOSEPH CONNOR REX BEECHINOR, aged 18 and of Canford Cliffs Road, Poole, admits having 72.6 grams of herbal cannabis at Poole Railway Station, Serpentine Road, Poole, on November 3. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
LEE RICHARD PENDER, aged 31 and of Hasler Road, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth on October 30. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.
