A MOPED reportedly failed to stop after a crash with a car in Bournemouth yesterday evening.
Police were called to a crash in Wallisdown Road, close to the Aldi store, at 8.30pm on Monday, November 28 involving a car and a moped.
It is reported that the driver of the moped failed to stop at the scene of the crash.
Fuel was also left on the road and the council was notified to clear it up.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 8.30pm on Monday 28 November 2022 of a road traffic collision in Wallisdown Road in Bournemouth involving a car and a moped.
“Officers attended and it was reported that the moped had failed to stop at the scene.
“There were no reports of any injuries and the local authority was notified due to fuel on the road.
“Officers left the scene at around 10.10pm.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
