A ROAD in Bournemouth was closed for around six hours on Saturday night following a crash.
A vehicle overturned in Wimborne Road, Winton, after colliding with a parked vehicle.
The crash was reported to police at 11.10pm with road closures put in place until around 5.45am.
A man in his 60s was arrested on suspicion of a driving offence and taken to hospital for treatment to injuries.
His injuries were not believed to be serious.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “We received a report at 11.10pm on Saturday 3 December 2022 of a collision in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth involving a car that had collided with a parked vehicle and overturned.
“Officers attended, along with the ambulance service and road closures were put in place.
“A local man aged in his 60s was arrested on suspicion of a driving offence and was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be serious.
“Officers left the scene at around 5.45am on Sunday 4 December 2022.”
