A NEW Vietnamese restaurant offering fresh food prepared on site every day is set to open in Bournemouth.

Pho has transformed the Bourne Avenue premises in the town centre ahead of its official opening on Monday, December 12.

The restaurant’s street food menu boasts a wide-range of dishes inspired by traditional Vietnamese cuisine, with all dishes made on site from ingredients delivered daily.

The majority of the food on offer is gluten free and Pho has a partnership with plant-based THIS isn’t chicken.

Pho’s Bournemouth restaurant will be the latest in the growing collection of sites in the UK and the first in Dorset since Stephen and Juliette Wall founded the business after travelling to Vietnam and falling in love with the food.

Malachy O’Keeffe, Pho marketing manager said: “Pho officially opens on Monday 12th December, and we can’t wait. Customers can expect delicious food, freshly prepared in house every day.

Visitors to Pho also have the opportunity to support the restaurant's two charity partners - Christina Noble Children's Foundation, which is a British chariety operating in Vietnam, and Stonewall, a UK LGBTQ+ rights charity.
