Pubs all over Dorset are holding special Christmas quizzes during the festive season.

The Urban Reef Christmas Quiz takes place on Thursday, December 22, at 7.30pm.
Participants are invited to don their most ridiculous Christmas jumper and wear it with pride.
There will be prizes on offer and a minimum of £50 cash jackpot to be won.
Entry costs £2 per person.
The George Tapps, Bournemouth
The George Tapps in Old Christchurch Road hosts a Big Fat Pub Quiz of the Year on Tuesday, December 27, at 8pm.
It’s free to play and you can win up to £1,500 in a national prize. In house, there’s a £20 bar tab to be won as a prize.

The Goat and Tricycle, Bournemouth
Tear yourself away from the TV for a Boxing Day Christmas Quiz at the Goat and Tricycle on December 26. The quiz starts at 7.30pm.
The Curlew, West Parley
The Curley will be holding its Review of the Year Quiz Night on Wednesday, December 28, at 8.30pm.
Teams are for up to six people, entry costs £1 per person and there are prizes to be won.
The Quay, Poole
Head to The Quay Wetherspoon for its Big Fat Pub Quiz of the Year on Boxing Day at 6pm.
Quizzers have the chance of winning some money and raising cash for charity.
There will be 10 rounds including general knowledge, music, theme tunes and a picture round.
Entry costs £2 per person and the winning team will walk away with half of the prize fund, with the other half donated to Young Lives vs Cancer.
All ages are welcome and there’s no minimum or maximum team size.
No bookings required.
Slug and Lettuce, Bournemouth
Slug and Lettuce's Wrapped Up Quiz takes place on Tuesday, December 27.
The quiz starts at 8pm with participants advised to arrive from 7.30pm.
