Looking for houses in the BCP area can be a tricky task, especially with house prices almost continually on the rise.

The latest date from the Land Registry, which is from October, states that as a result this has seen the average house price in BCP rise to £360,280 - a 1.2% increase since September.

Additionally, over the last year, the average sale price of a property in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole rose by £50,000.
