BOURNEMOUTH

LEE ANTHONY CURRY, aged 39 and York Place, Bournemouth, admits along with a man stealing alcohol to the value of £66 belonging to Co-op Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 11. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £82 compensation. Also admits along with a man stealing alcohol to the value of £98 belonging to Co-op Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 15. Discharged conditionally for 18 months.

CHRISTOPHER PATRICK HEAP, aged 25 and of York Place, Bournemouth, admits along with a man stealing alcohol to the value of £66 belonging to Co-op Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 11. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £82 compensation. Also admits along with a man stealing alcohol to the value of £98 belonging to Co-op Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 15. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on March 31 for an offence of shoplift theft. No action taken on breach.

PETER JAMES BROWN, aged 43 and of Queensland Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Stuart Wilson, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker in Manor Road, Studland, on January 22. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on June 9 for offences of criminal damage and offensive communication was in force. Community order revoked. New community order made.

OGUZ KAGAN KARADAG, aged 24 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits having a large knife or sword in St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth, on December 4. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Knife or sword to be forfeited and destroyed.

MARC PALMER-ELDER, aged 26 and of Grampian Way, Slough, admits being drunk and disorderly in Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on December 4. No separate penalty. Also admits assaulting PC Cleary, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on December 4. Fined £500. To pay £200 surcharge and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

JAMIE DUNNING, aged 32 and of Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh, admits assaulting a person by beating in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on June 2, 2021. Fined £335. To pay £34 surcharge and £250 costs.

NATALIE STEFF, aged 47 and of Heather Gardens, Verwood, admits wilfully obstructing PC Brolan, a constable in the execution of his duty between August 5 and November 1 on the A338 Bournemouth. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits permitting a man to use a motor vehicle on the A338, Bournemouth, on August 5 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points.

POOLE

SOW LAM, aged 49 and of Gladstone Road, Poole, admits driving a silver Honda Jazz in Ashley Road, Poole, on November 30 with 111 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £366. To pay £146 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 26 months.

SAMUEL HODGSON, aged 24 and of Mayford Road, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Guest Avenue, Poole, on December 4 with 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £461. To pay £184 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

CARL ALEX IAN NORTON, aged 44 and of Phyldon Close, Poole, admits having one gram of cannabis in Bournemouth Road, Poole, on November 13. Fined £80. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

GRANT ROBERT WILLIAMS, aged 48 and of Stanhope Road, Ayelsbury, Buckinghamshire, admits stealing a Bose speaker to the value of £379 belonging to John Lewis at Poole Retail Park, Redlands, on August 11. Fined £120. To pay £379 compensation and £48 surcharge.
