House prices in general seem to almost continually be on the rise, and one of Dorset's neighbourhoods saw that in particular in 2022.
In research conducted by Rightmove Sandbanks saw its average house asking price increase by 22% compared to 2021.
This was the third-highest in the entirety of the UK going up from £1,298,385 in 2021 to £1,585,246 in 2022.
Sandbanks is certainly an affluent area, and we've found the most expensive house that is currently for sale in that area.
Located on Panorama Road, it is being listed for offers in excess of £7m.
