Pho: the Vietnamese restaurant that has been a sensation since it opened December 12th. You can locate Pho in Bournemouth town centre in place of where XOXO used to be, near the square. With 36 restaurants, Dorset now has the privilege to enjoy it too!
Their bestselling dishes, the pho noodle soups (especially the Pho brisket) is a national dish of Vietnam consisting of a succulent broth, rice noodles and a variety of herbs full of flavour. Despite this, there is still something for everyone, with dishes ranging from flavoursome curries to inviting salads. And to enjoy with your healthy and delicious food, they serve a wide variety of vitamin packed juices alongside with Vietnamese beverages, like their green tea and coffees.
Christie, one of Pho’s many friendly workers, said what she most liked about working there is “the fun environment” and the “people you get to see every day” which emphasises the warm and welcoming atmosphere that everyone experiences when being there. Her favourite dish is the chicken curry, so it’s definitely worth a try!
Alongside the welcoming people, what helps create this atmosphere is the restaurant’s breathtaking decoration with a calming, yellow lighting and their beautiful paintings with vibrant, contrasting colours. In addition to its eye capturing external neon sign, it also has a neon sign inside shaped like their signature dish. The perfect place to go with family and friends, a home away from home with a unique and unmatched vibe.
So whenever you have the time, I definitely recommend going there for a great experience.
