The pub, in the village of Morden, is a two storey Grade II Listed building, with some parts of the property dating back more than 400 years.
It has a gross internal area of approximately 405 square metres, split across a number of rooms which provide seating for around 65 people.
The Cock & Bottle is on a site of approximately 0.58 acres, with a surfaced car park for around 40 vehicles and a single storey garage in the far corner.
There is also external seating to the side and rear, as well as a small area of grass with picnic benches.
The pub currently uses an adjacent field to hold events, although this is held under a licence agreement.
There is a "good sized" flat for a manager, providing four bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, office, small kitchen and private gardens.
The listing on Savills says: “The public house has been run historically under a tenancy and therefore we are not privy to any trading information.
“We are firmly of the opinion however that the opportunity exists for an enterprising owner operator to purchase this destination venue and create a viable business.
“Offers in the order of £550,000 for the freehold interest are invited.”
