BOURNEMOUTH

SHICARA ROCHELLE GEORGE, aged 34 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause PC Loughlin harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Lansdowne Road, Bournemouth, on August 23, 2022. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, suspended for six months. To pay £100 compensation.

ADRIAN SEAN PAYNE, aged 34 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 3, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on October 6, 2022, October 20, 2022, October 24, 2022, October 25, 2022, October 1, 2022, November 22, 2022, and November 30, 2022. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

JORDAN DANIEL REVELL, aged 29 and of Hurn Road, St Leonards and St Ives, convicted of being the driver of a Vauxhall motor car owing to the presence of which in Hunt Road, St Leonards and St Ives, on December 26, 2021, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to property forming part of the land on which the road was situated or land adjacent to it, namely BT fibreoptic junction box, and failed to stop. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also convicted of being the driver of a Vauxhall motor car owing to the presence of which in Hunt Road, St Leonards and St Ives, on December 26, 2021, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to property forming part of the land on which the road was situated or land adjacent to it, namely BT fibreoptic junction box, and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for required him to do so, failing to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable and in any case within 24 hours of the occurrence of the accident. Community order made. Driving record endorsed. Also convicted of using a Vauxhall motor car in Hurn Road, St Leonards and St Ives, on December 26, 2021, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

PETER ALEXANDER SHAW, aged 83 and of Victoria Road, Ferndown, admits driving a Mercedes motor car on the A338 Blackwater junction, Bournemouth, on November 21, 2021, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 74mph. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also admits driving a driving a Mercedes motor car on the A338 Blackwater to Cooper Dean, Christchurch, on January 30, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 63mph. Fined £40. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also admits driving a Mercedes motor car on the A338 Blackwater to Cooper Dean, Christchurch, on March 5, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 63mph. Fined £40. Driving record endorsed with three points.

BEN LAYTON-PERKINS, aged 20 and of Welland Road, Wimborne Minster, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 28, 2022, by failing to attend appointments on November 4, 2022, November 11, 2022, November 10, 2022, November 25, 2022, and December 2, 2022. Fined £30.

POOLE

TARA ABBIE GUSCOTT, aged 24 and of Sunnyside Road, Poole, admits driving a Nissan in West Street, Poole, on November 10, 2022, with seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

PAUL YUL-IFODE, aged 39 and of Worbarrow Gardens, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 11, 2022, by failing to attend an induction appointments on August 17, 2022, and August 24, 2022. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must carry out an additional 20 hours of unpaid work.
