MOTORBIKES are being ridden “recklessly” across a recreation ground in Poole.
Motorbikes have been reported as riding across Turlin Moor recreation ground, in Blandford Road this afternoon on Friday, February 10.
Several police officers, along with PCSOs, responded to the report of the motorbike being ridden in an anti-social manner.
Police said that whilst they were unable to catch the person riding the bike, they have a “good description” of the bike and those associated with it.

A spokesperson for Poole Police said: “This afternoon Dorset Police received a call about a motorbike being ridden across the recreation ground in an anti-social manner in Turlin Moor, several police officers and PCSOS attended the area.
“Whilst we were not able to stop the bike due to the manner of riding, we certainly have a good description of the bike and those associated with this. Our enquiries will continue to in relation to this.
“We would like to thank the members of public that have reported this and also remind you not to put yourself in the way of the bikes whilst reporting.
“Lastly parents please educate your children on the dangers of riding these bikes recklessly without helmets, what they portray as fun can soon go wrong.”
