TWO teenagers have been interviewed by police following a fire in a former college building in Poole earlier this month.
No arrests have been made in connection with the fire which destroyed a former Poole College building off Constitution Hill Road on the evening of Sunday, February 5.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: “Two teenagers have attended for a voluntary interview and been released under investigation.”
Multiple fire crews from across Dorset tackled the “inferno” and witnesses said the fire was “out of control” within 20 minutes but showed their gratitude at the fire service’s quick response.

Days later, the police said a group of teens were seen in the area shortly before the fire.
A Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “It is believed the fire was started deliberately and this has been passed to Dorset Police.”
At the height of the incident, fire crews were on scene from Poole, Springbourne, Westbourne, Redhill Park, Hamworthy and Wimborne, together with support units from Hamworthy and Ferndown, water carriers from Ringwood and Eastleigh, and the aerial ladder platform from Westbourne.
Since the fire, the building has been demolished for safety reasons, according to a BCP Council spokeswoman.
