Also admits using a motor vehicle in Holton Road, Wareham, on April 10, 2022, when the rear nearside wheel was fitted with a pneumatic tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. No separate penalty. GIEDRIUS RAKAUSKAS, aged 45 and of Crabton Close Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a Mercedes in Crabton Close Road, Bournemouth, on September 18, 2022. To pay £500 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditionally discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on June 10, 2022, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

TOBY ROBERTS, aged 27 and of Tyrrell Gardens, Bournemouth, admits having 4.53 grams of cannabis in Tyrrell Gardens, Bournemouth, on November 8, 2022. Fined £50. To pay £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

MICHAEL GEORGE ROGERS, aged 33 and of St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a VW Golf in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 8, 2022, with not less than 108 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £150. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also admits driving a VW Golf in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 8, 2022, with not less than 3.1 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £150. Driving record endorsed.

MICHAEL HAMSHARE, aged 44 and of Glen Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a bottle of Hardys Voyage Shiraz Mourvedre valued at £5.50pm belonging to Co-op Stores in Ringwood Road, Poole, on November 1, 2022. Discharged conditionally for one year. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.

ANDREW JOHN SAUNDERS, aged 41 and of Pine Tree Glen, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford motor vehicle on the M3 (W) average speed check area in Surrey on April 7, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on June 24, 2022 for offences of theft from motor vehicle and fraud by false representation. STEPHEN MATTHEW SMITH, aged 51 and of Clifford Road, Bournemouth, admits having a knife in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on October 2, 2022. Committed to prison for three months, suspended for 12 months. To pay £187 surcharge and £85 costs. Order made to deprive the defendant of his rights in knife.

DAVID BENJAMIN HASSALL, aged 41 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing alcohol valued at £100.50 belonging to Tesco in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on October 10, 2022. To pay £219 compensation. Also admits stealing alcohol valued at £118.50 belonging to Tesco in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on October 12, 2022. No separate penalty.

LAUREN DANIELLE SMITH, aged 35 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 3, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on October 25, 2022, October 31, 2022, November 17, 2022, November 23, 2022, and November 30, 2022. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for six weeks. To pay £60 costs.

JOSHUA EDWARD CLARKE, aged 29 and of Victoria Road, Ferndown, admits causing to be sent by means of a public electronic communications network matter, namely phonecall, that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Ferndown on September 2, 2022. BILLY BANKS, aged 29 and of Fraser Road, Poole, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on July 2, 2022. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 23, 2025. Fined £120. To pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

LEE GLENN CUMMINGS, aged 37 and of King John Close, Poole, admits stealing goods belonging to Tesco Stores in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on October 30, 2022. Discharged conditionally for one year. Discharged conditionally for one year.

DARRYL JOHN CORNISH, aged 39 and of no fixed abode, admits being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Poole, on February 9. Discharged conditionally for one year. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on December 10, 2021, for an offence of possession of knife. No action taken on breach.

LORRAINE BRIONY WILKINS, aged 46 and of Fraser Road, Poole, admits damaging the read window of a Mercedes Benz to the value of £265 belonging to a man in Poole on April 10, 2022. To pay £265 compensation.
