BOURNEMOUTH

ZACAREE JAZZ EYRE, aged 28 and of Swansbury Drive, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Lindsay Road, Poole, on February 25 with 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250. To pay £100 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

MARK ANTHONY RICHARD KING, aged 38 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a Blink CCTV camera belonging to a woman in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on February 26. Fined £120. To pay £99.99 compensation.

CONCHOBAR LIAM THOMAS, aged 25 and of Ty-Rosser-Gwyn, Pontypool, admits driving a motor vehicle in Hibberd Way, Bournemouth, on September 11, 2022, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £60. To pay £96 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits being a person driving a vehicle and neglecting or refusing to stop the vehicle when directed to do so by a constable acting in the execution of his duty and for the time being engaged in the regulation of traffic in Hibberd Way, Bournemouth, on September 11, 2022. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed. Also admits driving a mechanically propelled vehicle in Hibberd Way, Bournemouth, on September 11, 2022, whilst unfit to drive through drugs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.

CAROLINE LOUISE CAIRNS, aged 37 and of Donoughmore Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing multiple plants to the value of £170 belonging to The Range in Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, on April 6, 2022. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. To pay £170 compensation. Also admits stealing items to the value of £267.05 belonging to B+M store at Tower Retail Park in Yarrow Road, Poole, on September 20, 2022. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, on December 14, 2022. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months and 29 days. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on January 4, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on December 14, 2022. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 9, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on January 6. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on August 1, 2022, for the offences of shoplift theft and racially aggravated s4 public order. Also admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on August 1, 2022, by failing to attend appointments as directed on December 1, 2022, and December 14, 2022. Suspended sentence totalling 14 weeks implemented consecutive. Overall length of sentence 26 weeks.

CHRISTOPHER PHILIP SPOONER, aged 42 and of Twynham Road, Bournemouth, admits communicating with a woman in Ferndown on November 13, 2022, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on September 26, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £80. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits entering a road in Ferndown on November 13, 2022, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on September 26, 2022. Community order made.

EAST DORSET

MARK JOHN WILLIAMS, aged 49 and of Rotary Close, Colehill, admits damaging a front door and window belonging to a woman in Upton on March 11. To pay £200 compensation. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Upton on March 11. Restraining order made, which lasts until March 12, 2024. Fined £120. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on September 12, 2022, for an offence of possession class A drugs. No action taken on breach.
