A TRAVEL agent has opened up a brand-new shop in a shopping centre in Poole. 

Hays Travel has opened a new branch on the downstairs floor of Poole’s Dolphin Centre – a move from its original location upstairs. 

The original branch was opened in 1969 when The Dolphin Centre first opened its doors and is one of only three remaining original shops that have been in the centre throughout its lifespan. 

Steve Rawlins, branch manager, said: “We are delighted with the move to our brand-new premises. We are excited to be in a more accessible location for customers and have the space for a foreign exchange bureau as well. 

“With the increase in space, we have been able to expand our team and we are pleased to say we now have over 100 years of travel experience between us.  

“We look forward to welcoming all new and existing customers to the branch to find the perfect holiday.” 

Steven and his team officially opened the new shop at the beginning of March and have been welcoming through existing and new customers ever since.
