A POPULAR car boot sale has been cancelled today due to flooding.
The Bournemouth Airport Car Boot Sale was due to take place at Chapel Gate Circuit.
Posting on Facebook shortly after 8.30am this morning, organisers said: “Car boot sale cancelled today due to waterlogged field.”
The spokesperson added: “Poole Stadium Car Boot Sale still open 12pm to 3pm.”
Bournemouth Airport Car Boot Sale returned for the first time earlier this month following a winter break.
It takes place every Sunday and bank holiday Monday between 1pm and 4pm.
Sellers are able to access the site from 11am with entry for buyers open from 1pm.
Poole Stadium Car Boot Sale takes place at Poole Stadium in Wimborne Road.
Gates open to sellers from 10am with no need to book. Buyers can access the site from 12pm.
