BOURNEMOUTH

JOHN PAUL MOUNTFORD, aged 46 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing two ladies leather jackets valued at £499.90 belonging to J E Beales in the Dolphin Shopping Centre, Poole, on July 29, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. To pay £95 compensation, £26 surcharge and £300 costs.

OWEN JAMES SACALA, aged 43 and of Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with any instructions given by his supervisor by failing to attend supervision appointments on November 29, 2022, December 15, 2022, and January 26. Fined £33. To pay £60 costs.

ROBERT PAUL CHILDS, aged 60 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating him at Lidl in the Sovereign Centre, Christchurch Road, Boscombe, on August 23, 2022. To pay £753.71 compensation. Also admits stealing a bottle of wine belonging to Lidl in the Sovereign Centre, Christchurch Road, Boscombe, on August 23, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 24 months.

DANIEL MATTHEWS, aged 43 and of Grosvenor Gardens, Boscombe, admits assaulting PC Logan-Ross, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, in Newcastle Upon Tyne on July 23, 2022. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £26 surcharge.

TERRY HOWRIHANE, aged 46 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a microwave to the value of £75 belonging to Wilko’s in Hawkwood Road, Bournemouth, on February 21. Fined £50. To pay £20 surcharge.

JAMIE JOHN ERIC WHEELER, aged 42 and of Wyvern Close, Poole, found guilty of entering a building in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on August 15, 2021, with intent to steal. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £625 costs.

SHICARA ROCHELLE GEORGE, aged 34 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of detention in that she failed to attend planned office appointments on January 26, February 1, March 8, March 15 and March 22, failed to reside as directed on February 16, February 18, March 14, March 15, March 16, March 17, March 18 and March 19, and failed to comply with a planned appointment due to poor behaviour on March 1. Committed to prison for 14 days.
