CONSERVATIVE politicians are set to hold an event in Bournemouth titled "Take Control Conference" this weekend.
The conference, organised by a group calling itself the Conservative Democratic Organisation, says current and former Conservative Party politicians including Nadine Dorries, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Priti Patel will be appearing on Saturday.
However, with less than two days to go before it is set to begin, the event has no venue listed other than "A premier Bournemouth venue with ample parking."
An organiser statement says: "We look forward to welcoming you to the CDO Conference in Bournemouth on Saturday, May 13, where you'll join like-minded patriots who, like you, want to save our party and country.
"You are invited to the Take Control daytime conference with a stellar line-up of speakers and celebrity panelists.
Then in the evening, we invite you to lose control on the dance floor after a superb three-course meal, wine, and live music from Britain's Got Talent stars, the Soldiers of Swing."
The statement goes on to say that details of the exact venue will be confirmed "in the weeks before the event for security reasons".
