A NEW luxury lodge ownership development has been launched in the New Forest.
Shorefield, a leading Dorset, Hampshire and New Forest accommodation and holiday provider, has opened the new development at Shorefield Country Park in Milford on Sea.
With 30 plots ranging from £299,995 to £599,995, the gated Jubilee Gardens is home to a range of two-three-bedroom lodges, each with a double-parking space and an EV charging point.
Owners will have full access to a range of facilities on Shorefield Country Park, including the newly opened restaurant and leisure complex, The Beachcomber, as well as access to the on-site health and fitness club and day spa.
Simon Pollock, managing director, said: “As part of our ongoing investment program, we’re thrilled to officially open Jubilee Gardens which brings the opportunity for new owners to create a home away from home by the sea.
“These very latest lodges offer plenty of space for couples and families to relax in beautiful surroundings, and the proximity to the beach makes the site the ideal place to enjoy the scenery of the south coast.
“The opening of Jubilee Gardens, as well as the work on our Swanage Coastal Park development, is indicative of our ambition to keep growing as a company, bringing visitors to the area to support the local economy and strengthen our position as one of the biggest employers in the region.”
Shorefield, launched in 1958 by Dr Robert Pollock, is a family-run business which now welcomes more than 100,000 visitors per year for holidays, with more than 650 lodge and caravan owners enjoying the benefits of holiday home ownership in one of the south’s most sought after locations.
Mr Pollock added: “We’re first and foremost a family company who cares about preserving our incredible natural surroundings, and we are delighted that Jubilee Gardens will provide a picturesque setting for our new owners to create lifelong memories for the years to come.”
