WILLIAM JAMES MURDOCK WRIGHT, aged 30 and of Mateo Drive, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so at Weymouth Police Station on December 13, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
TOMASZ ROBERT TOMCZYK, aged 38 and of Queen’s Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on November 14, 2022, by breaching a monitoring requirement on November 22, 2022, November 24, 2022, November 25, 2022, November 26, 2022, November 27, 2022, November 28, 2022, November 29, 2022, and November 30, 2022, and failed to attend planned office visit on February 23, March 30 and April 6. To pay £60 costs. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months imposed on November 14, 2022, implemented as a sentence of six weeks.
BENJAMIN ROSS MARC KAYE, aged 42 and of Knyveton Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Smart motor car on the A338 Spur Road Cooper Dean to Blackwater Junction, Christchurch, on May 15, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 59mph. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
JORDAN OLIVE, aged 28 and of Cornelia Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of cocaine in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on December 15, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. To pay £26 surcharge.
COREY GUDGEON, aged 42 and of Ensbury Park Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing bottles of alcohol valued at £74.50 belonging to Waitrose in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on March 19. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £74.50 compensation
JESSICA BESWICK, aged 31 and of Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing grocery items valued at £39.20 belonging to BP Simply Food in Somerford Road, Christchurch, on February 25. To pay £39.20 compensation.
EMILY KNIGHTS, aged 32 and of Durley Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a Suzuki Swift in Knyveton Road, Bournemouth, on May 25, with 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge.
CHRISTCHURCH
DAVID IAN EDWARD GRAY, aged 41 and of Upper Gorden Road, Christchurch, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 27 by failing to attend probation appointment on March 2 and March 10. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
EAST DORSET
JEREMY ANTHONY BURDETT, aged 55 and of Marianne Road, Colehill, admits driving an Audi TT in East Borough, Wimborne, on March 10 with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £240 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months. Also admits driving a black Audi TT in East Borough, Wimborne, on March 10 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a black Audi TT in East Borough, Wimborne, on March 10 without insurance. Fined £300.
NEW FOREST
JAMES ROGER BRADLEY, aged 52 and of Barrows Lane, Sway, admits driving a Toyota on the M3 westbound average speed check area at a speed exceeding 50mph on May 22, 2022. Fined £333. To pay £133 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
POOLE
JOSHUA WILLIAM VALENTINE, aged 29 and of Turlin Road, Poole, admits driving a Hyundai in Pony Drive, Upton, on September 2, 2022, without due care and attention. Fined £210. To pay £84 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points.
