BOURNEMOUTH
FELGIE SUIKA, aged 25 and of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth, on August 1, 2020. Committed to prison for 14 weeks. Restraining order made, which lasts until June 12, 2028. To pay £128 surcharge. Also admits damaging a television to the value of £250 belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on August 1, 2020. No separate penalty.
LAUREN JONES, aged 35 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a Daulton Thunder electric scooter to the value of £2,500 belonging to a person in Lorne Park Road, Bournemouth, on July 31, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £1,000 compensation.
NADINE KOWALSKI, aged 27 and of Gerald Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing alcohol valued at £164.75 belonging to Co-op in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on February 6. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £164.75 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits in company with a man stealing multiple bottles of alcohol, jars of coffee and energy drinks to the value of £211.40 belonging to Co-op Stores in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on January 31. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £105.70 compensation. Also admits together with a man stealing alcohol spirits valued at £373 belonging to Co-op in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on February 27. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £188.50 compensation. Also admits together with a man stealing alcohol spirits valued at £238 belonging to Co-op in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on February 28. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £119 compensation.
KEVIN BROWN, aged 60 and of Howton Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing five bottles of Champagne valued at £249 belonging to Sainsbury’s at Castlepoint on April 2. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £85 costs and £26 surcharge.
POOLE
LUKASZ PAWLIKOWSKI, aged 40 and of Beckhampton Road, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed to do so in West Street, Poole, on May 2. Fined £750. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. To pay £85 costs and £300 surcharge.
SAMUEL GRAY, aged 36 and of Haskells Road, Poole, admits using a small passenger vehicle in Ashley Road, Poole, on May 27 when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the front offside wheel of the vehicle were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band comprising the central three-quarters of the breadth of tread and round the entire outer circumference of the tyre. Fined £50. Driving record endorsed. Also admits failing to co-operate with a road side drug wipe in Ashley Road, Poole, on May 27. Fined £400. Driving record endorsed with four points. To pay £85 costs and £240 surcharge. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Ashley Road, Poole, on May 27, without a licence, the Secretary of State having on October 29, 2022, revoked such a licence to drive and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence to drive a motor vehicle. Fined £150. Driving record endorsed.
