FORMER Prime Minster Boris Johnson and his family enjoyed a day out in Dorset on Friday.
Boris Johnson’s wife Carrie shared footage of the family at Kimmeridge Bay in Purbeck on her Instagram page.
Carrie described the beauty spot to her 70,000 followers as one of her “favourite places on earth”.
The footage shows Boris and Carrie enjoying a picnic at the scenic spot with their two young children.
Boris can be seen with one of the children on his shoulders while standing on the rocky bay.
The family also had an ice cream during their visit.
The weather had been wet and windy, however, this failed to dampen the family’s spirits.
Posting on Instagram on Friday, Carrie said: “A very British summer day by the seaside.
“Grey and blustery but total bliss eating crab sandwiches by the sea, at Kimmeridge Bay, one of my favourite places on earth.”
She ended the post with a red heart emoji.
