A PERSON was taken to hospital after falling from a roof and onto scaffolding.
Multiple emergency responders rushed to West Road in West Lulworth on Wednesday, July 12, to free a person from a scaffolding tower.
Fire crews from Poole, Weymouth, Dorchester and Eastleigh attended the incident along with the ambulance service having been alerted at 11.34am.
A spokesperson from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “A person had fallen from a roof onto a scaffolding tower. Crews used a scoop stretcher to remove the casualty from the tower and placed them in the hands of the ambulance service.”
The casualty was then transported to hospital.
