BENJAMIN ALEXANDER HICKLEY, aged 43 and of Portland Road, Bournemouth, admits contacting a woman in Bournemouth on July 3, 2022, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on June 16, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 35 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order discharged and new order made, which lasts until July 9, 2025. Fined £200. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits contacting a woman in Bournemouth on July 4, 2022, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on June 16, 2022. Community order made. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on June 16, 2022, for an offence of criminal damage. Community order made.
CARL LEWIS, aged 34 and of no fixed abode, admits entering or attempting to enter a property that the respondent of a non-molestation order lives in Bournemouth on March 30, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on February 22. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits attending an address in Bournemouth on May 16, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on February 22. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Also admits attending an address in Bournemouth on May 18, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on February 22. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months. To pay £85 costs and £154 surcharge. Also admits entering or attempting to enter a property that the respondent of a non-molestation order lives in Bournemouth on July 8, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on February 22. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 16, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on May 18.
DAVID NOREY, aged 61 and of Cunningham Crescent, Bournemouth, admits having 13 wraps of diamorphine in Bournemouth on April 12. Fined £150. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having one wrap of cocaine in Bournemouth on April 12. Fined £300. To pay £180 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
JAMES MCCONNELL, aged 33 and of Knole Road, Bournemouth, admits having 340.44 grams of cannabis in Knole Road, Bournemouth, on June 20. Fined £500. To pay £85 costs and £200 surcharge. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
LEE PURCELL, aged 39 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting PCSO Harold Martinez, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Lower Gardens, Bournemouth, on August 8, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £200 compensation.
CHRISTCHURCH
JESSI PRESTON, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing goods to the value of £100 belonging to Boots in Saxon Square, Christchurch, on January 25. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation.
EAST DORSET
CAREY FERN, aged 52 and of Medway Road, Ferndown, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether they had committed an offence, failing to do so in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on June 21. Fined £300. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months. To pay £85 costs and £120 surcharge. Also admits using a Jaguar XJ in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on June 21 without insurance. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty. Also admits using a Jaguar XJ in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on June 21 without a MOT test certificate. No separate penalty.
POOLE
KEITH DEREK TRAVES, aged 32 and of South Road, Poole, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that constantly text and called her in Poole between July 18, 2022, and September 13, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited 30-day Building Better Relationships programme and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 9, 2025. To pay £200 compensation and £400 costs.
