A NEW brasserie and bar “making the most of Bournemouth’s seafront” has opened at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC).
The new venue, called Elevate Brasserie and Bar, boasts views of the seafront from its indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Open seven days a week from 11am to 10pm, the menu will change depending on the season and uses locally sourced ingredients including seafood, vegetables and meat.
Selections include Barrel and Stone artisan pizzas, fresh salad bowls, open sandwiches, burgers, charcuterie, seafood and vegan sharing platters, small plates, cheeses, sides and snacks.
There is also a fully licensed bar serving a selection of soft drinks, wines, quality beers, spirits and gins.
Mathijs Pol, BH Live’s group hospitality manager who led the development and creation of Elevate Brasserie and Bar with his team, said: “I am super proud of what the team has created.
“This new dining experience offers something for everyone and is accessible to all seven days a week.
“Whether visitors are in town looking for somewhere to enjoy a quick bite to eat and drink, are wanting to enjoy a meal before a show, or are after something a bit more leisurely after a day on the beach, we are confident we’ll have it covered.”

The dishes have been created by the venue’s head chef Carl McCann and his team, aiming to appeal to showgoers, event delegates and families.
Mathijs added: “We’ll be refreshing our menus to reflect the changing seasons and listening to customer feedback to make sure we are hitting the spot for everyone who visits.”
Steve Turner, BH Live’s associate director of the BIC and Pavilion added: “Elevate Brasserie and Bar is a fantastic addition to what we already offer at the BIC.
“Open to all, the space has been completely transformed and makes the most of our sea-facing location.
“What’s even better is because BH Live is a registered charity, any surplus generated through commercial activity such as this is reinvested back into the local community to improve public facilities and services.”
