PAUL SPILLAR, aged 57 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a quantity of alcohol to the value of £153.25 belonging to a business in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on February 23. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £76.65 compensation. Also admits assaulting a man by beating in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 26. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made. Also admits stealing two bottles of whisky to the value of £38 belonging to Co-op in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 26. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. CHRISTOPHER WICKS, aged 28 and of Luther Road, Bournemouth, admits having 2.71 grams of crack cocaine in Bournemouth on June 11. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits driving a Kia Picanto in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 11 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Driving record endorsed with six points. To pay £85 costs and £114 surcharge. Also admits using a Kia Picanto in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 11 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.
PETER JONES, aged 74 and of Southbourne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Southbourne Road, Bournemouth, on June 26 with 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £170. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. To pay £85 costs and £68 surcharge.
MICHAEL NORTH, aged 50 and of Southill Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on June 25 with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £276. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. To pay £85 costs and £110 surcharge.
EAST DORSET
LOUISE STEWART D’ARCY, aged 46 and of Hayes Lane, Canford Bottom, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wimborne Road, Corfe Mullen on November 11, 2022, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £161. To pay £64 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

LUKE COOPER, aged 37 and of Ringwood Road, Poole, admits stealing fragrance gift sets to the value of £468 belonging to Boots the Chemist in Salisbury on October 24, 2022. To pay £468 compensation.
DANNY KENT, aged 35 and of Rockley Road, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Blandford Road, Poole, on June 24 without a licence, the Secretary of State having on December 12, 2011, revoked such a licence to drive and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence. Fined £120. Driving record endorsed with six points. To pay £40 costs and £48 surcharge. Also admits using a Vauxhall Corsa in Blandford Road, Poole, on June 24 without insurance. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty.
