A white Toyota GT86 crashed into the back of a trailer attached to a white van in Banks Road, Poole, on Saturday night, August 5.
Seven police officers from the special constable unit were out targeting anti-social driving in Sandbanks – a hotspot for modified cars to gather.
Officers responded to the incident and were on scene “within 40 seconds” and said the crash was linked to speed.
The team also arrested a drug driver and reported two drivers for reaching speeds of more than 50mph in what is a 30mph zone.
Police often target Sandbanks for anti-social driving in Sandbanks, with more recent incidents.
Earlier last month, five cars were pulled over and dealt with for driving at high speeds in Banks Road and Shore Road – including one driver hitting 63mph in what is a 30mph zone.
As well as this, traffic cops along with the neighbourhood policing team reported two drivers for reportedly driving without due care and attention.
A further five cars were dealt with for construction and use offences, which includes excessively loud exhaust pipes to dangerous conditions to windows which are too tinted.
