A LEADING training provider in Bournemouth has been acquired by Knovia Group, a group of businesses focusing on driving change.

Paragon Skills is an award-winning training provider specialising in education and care and has been operating for over two decades.

Knovia has now acquired Paragon Skills, as part of a new strategic expansion within the training and education sector.

The firm has also announced its acquisition of Tempdent, a leading dental provider and recruitment agency.

The change in structure will not affect the operations of either company but will allow both Paragon Skills and Tempdent to combine resources and expertise.
