AN indoor bowls club is opening its doors for people to come and try the sport.
Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club in Poole will host a free open day on Saturday, September 30 at its rink in Waterloo Road.
No experience is required and all ages are welcome to attend the event.
Ken Joy, club manager, said: “Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club is the largest and friendliest indoor bowls club in the county and we are hoping to attract a large number of BCP residents to our open day on Saturday afternoon.
“Just come along anytime between 1pm and 3.30pm and our members will help you try this fantastic sport for all ages and abilities.”
The club has 11 indoor rinks and a restaurant that serves refreshments, snacks and hot meals.
It is also home to Top Rink Bowls indoor bowls shop.
Members can play socially with friends or compete in club, county and national competitions.
Dolphin Indoor Bowls Club currently has four England internationals in its ranks.
