THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

CHRISTOPHER JOHN CLOUGH, 41, of no fixed abode, admits committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence imposed on May 12 at Dorset Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to the sentence given for his original offence, bringing the overall length of the sentence to 46 weeks.

ROBYN CHESTER, 18, of Station Road in Hayling Island, admits committing an offence while a community order made by Dorset Magistrates’ Court on August 1. The original order was revoked, and a new one was made with varied requirements.

AARON WOODSFORD, 49, of West Cliff Road in Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 17. He was fined £150.

NIGEL SHAUN TREADWELL, 45, of no fixed address, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on April 27. The community order was revoked, and he was dealt with for the original offence. He was committed to prison for one week and suspended for 12 months.

STEFAN FURMAGE, 30, of Cromer Gardens in Poole admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 27. The order made had its requirements varied and Furmage was ordered to pay costs of £60.

CHARLENE ANNE BROAD, 35, of Bankside Close in Christchurch, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 18, 2022. She was fined £40.

TERRY JOSEPH HOWRIHANE, 47, of Glen Road in Bournemouth, admits committing of a further offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on July 13. He has been ordered to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on October 20.

SOPHIE JAYNE WOOLCOTT, 27, of Ashley Road in Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 4, 2022. The community order was revoked, and she was dealt with for the original offence for which the order was first made.

LEE FRANCIS THOMAS, 35, of Wimborne Road in Poole, admits committing an offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates’ Court on March 30, 2022, and committing an offence while under a community order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on February 23, 2023. He was fined £553 and a new community order was made with new requirements.

JOE DAVID WOODHALL, 27, of Barrow Rise in Weymouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on August 3, 2023. He was fined £100.

TIMOTHY TINTON, 44, of no fixed address, admits failing to comply with the requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was committed to prison for two weeks consecutive to the original offence, bringing his overall length of sentence to 12 weeks.

BRYONY KATHRYN ELLIOTT, 21, of Geraint Road in Bromley, admits speeding on the A338 spur road on September 11, 2022. She was fined £153 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £61 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. She also got four points on her licence.

LOUISE SYLVIA GLEED, 33, of Dale Valley Road in Poole, admits committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on November 24, 2022. She was fined £80.

JONATHAN DAVID BUSHELL, 42, of no fixed address, admits failing to comply with the requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

APRIL-JEAN HOWARD, 24, of Parkstone Road in Poole, participated in a gathering on February 13, 2021, which was not permitted by Covid regulations. She was fined £400, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85.

BRANDON FISHER, 24, of Saint Martins Road in Wareham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 27, 2023. He was fined £192.00 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

PERRY ASHTON, 20, of Norwich Avenue in Bournemouth, admits committing an offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on February 8, 2023. He was committed to Bournemouth Crown Court for sentencing on November 3, 2023.
