Christmas might still be a little way off, but for those who live in Dorset, plenty of Christmas markets will be popping up soon.
It will be an opportunity for people to purchase Christmas-related crafts and enjoy some street food as the temperatures get a little colder.
Plus, you may even be able to try out an ice rink, go on some funfair rides and see some live music.
With that in mind, we have put together a list of some of the best Christmas markets across the county that you need to explore during the most wonderful time of the year.
Dorset Christmas Markets for 2023
Bournemouth Christmas Market
Bournemouth's annual Christmas Market will be taking place from Friday, November 17 to Monday, January 1.
People will be able to walk around loads of wooden chalets selling various traditional Christmas gifts, and a wide array of food and drink.
Alongside that, you can visit the Alpine Lodge to enjoy some mulled wine or cider, beer or a warming hot chocolate.
Last but not least the Christmas Tree Wonderland is back for another year as more than 100 glittering trees light the path from the market all the way down to the seafront.
Poundbury Christmas Market
Poundbury Christmas Market will be taking place on Saturday, December 2, and there are expected to be more than 100 stallholders at the event.
They'll be selling a wide variety of seasonal crafts and gifts alongside plenty of warming food and drink options.
Plus, they'll be the opportunity for the kids to meet Santa at Boo's Toy Shop.
Dorchester Christmas Cracker
The Dorchester Christmas Cracker will be taking place on Sunday, December 10 lasting from 11am to 4pm.
There will be more than 120 festive traders selling their wares, a Santa Hat parade, Santa in a camper and many more attractions.
Symondsbury Estate Christmas Market
Symondsbury Estate in Bridport will be hosting a Christmas market from Friday, December 1 to Sunday, December 3.
A wide range of local businesses will be selling handcrafted food, drink and gifts over the three days.
There will also be live music and performances to enjoy and spread some seasonal cheer.
Swanage Christmas Market
Swanage Christmas Market will be back once again this year, with it taking place on Saturday, December 2.
Stalls will be set up on Station Road selling a wide variety of gifts, crafts, food and drink.
Alongside all of that Father Christmas will also be in town!
