A HUNT has been launched for a man after an attack on Bournemouth beach.
Peter Johnson, 37, is wanted in connection with the incident that happened on the beach near the East Cliff zig zag path on October 29.
Johnson, from Southampton, is described as being six feet tall and of a stocky build.
He has dark hair that is medium length to below the ears, and a dark-coloured stubble beard.
Detective Inspector Darren Moores, of BCP CID, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries to try and locate Peter Johnson.
“I am now appealing to any members of the public with information regarding his whereabouts to please come forward.
“While we have no information to indicate Johnson presents a risk to members of the public, anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him but to dial 999 immediately.”
