A MAN who was airlifted to hospital following an incident in Boscombe suffered a serious injury to the head.
Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding how a man was found seriously injured in St James’ Court flats in Owls Road, Bournemouth.
Providing an update, a Dorset Police spokesperson said: “Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and examined the location of the incident.
"On the available information, officers are now treating the circumstances of how the man sustained his injuries as not suspicious.
"Police activities at the location have therefore concluded."
Emergency services were called to the block of flats on Thursday afternoon (November 16) and the man was airlifted to Southampton Hospital.
Residents returning to the apartment block were seen being escorted in by police and having their IDs checked.
Several police officers and detectives remained at the flat on Friday.
