Share your tribute or memory of Gordon the TrampGordon was a big part of me growing up, my mum was a friend of the family and we visited Gordon's home frequently, I would often see Gordon walking up the road to the local shop and see him asked by many "what's the time?" He would always answer them, I on the other hand would always shout across the road "alright Gord?!" And nearly always be met with a "yep" Gordon was such gentle and sweet man, much for his loud voice and his love for AFC Bournemouth, and his beloved dog Goldie, I will sorely miss him, fly high Gord, your back with Goldie now

Share your tribute or memory of Gordon the TrampSad news. Me and my mates used to go to Madison Joes on a Saturday afternoon for under 18's breakdancing, with Paul Brady DJ'ing. We'd all pile up to McDonalds afterwards and inevitably Gordon would be in the vicinity. He never tired of us asking him the time, and he got it right every time. Lovely bloke who always looked happy and oozed kindness. RIP Gordon, Bournemouth has lost a Diamond Geezer.

Share your tribute or memory of Gordon the TrampFrom 2005 - 2021 I was a volunteer outreach worker for Boscombe Salvation Army at the soup kitchen on every Friday evening at St Peter's Church. Rain or shine I would always meet Gordon before the soup kitchen, we chat about everything from the football to the weather or how people 'assumed' he was homeless because of how he looked. He did always see the funny side to it all. Gordon wouldn't always been at the soup kitchen, we'd all worry if we hadn't seen him, but rest assured if I didn't see him there, I'd see Gordon at Dean Court watching AFCB or around town somewhere and I'd always remind him if it was a Friday, soupy later Gordon. Yes Carl see you then for some hot soup and a cup of tea. I've been trying to locate Gordon the last few years and even sadly contacted the echo but nobody seemed to know what happened to Gordy. So I'm not going to lie, it's very sad to see that he has now passed away and that I never got chance to catch up with you and to ask you for the time one last time. Rest in peace Gordon. It was a pleasure knowing you. Up the Cherries! Carl
