A LEADING e-commerce and catalogue marketer has acquired a new premises in Poole.
Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd has signed a ten-year lease on a 44,151 sq ft industrial unit in Broom Road, Tower Park.
The lease marks a significant milestone in the ongoing development of the company, which oversees multiple brands and websites.
Founded 23 years ago, Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd employs more than 200 staff and receives more than 300,000 orders annually, ranging from £5 to £500,000 for either off-the-peg or bespoke products.
The company has a head office and distribution centre at Fleets Corner Business Park in Poole, but sought additional space to expand its manufacturing facilities.
This relocation will not only enhance the efficiency and capacity of essential operations but also create more jobs within the Poole area, the company said.

"Our investment in these new premises is a testament to our dedication to our customers and our long-term vision for the company.”
As part of this strategic transition, Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd announced that various manufacturing units will be officially known as PBH Manufacturing Limited.
John said: "We believe that bringing all our manufacturing facilities under the PBH banner will foster a stronger sense of unity and cohesion within our Group.
"This rebranding represents an important step towards achieving our goals and solidifying our position in the market."
Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd stressed that it remains “committed to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers while continuously striving for growth and innovation”.
Property consultancy Vail Williams acted on behalf of the building’s private landlord in the transaction.
David Cowling, a Vail Williams Partner working out of the Bournemouth office, said: “We wish Poole Bay Holdings Management Ltd every deserved success at 22 Broom Road – this is one of the largest industrial deals of its kind in Dorset this year and is testament to local manufacturing excellence and resilience.”
