THREE people are set to appear in court charged with shoplifting from two supermarkets.
This follows two reports of shopliftings in New Milton, at Tesco in Caird Avenue and Aldi in Starling Avenue, where more than £400 worth of groceries were reportedly stolen from Aldi.
The incidents took place between 4.30pm and 6.30pm on Friday, November 24, and two women and a man were arrested in Starling Avenue, shortly after 6.30pm.
Mariana Bizdadea, 38, Vasile-Richard Curt, 25, and Gheorghita Curt, 23, all of Weston Lane, Southampton, have now been charged with shoplifting.
They are due to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, December 14.
The trio have been released on conditional bail.
