A BUILDING that contains a Starbucks and two flats is set to go under the hammer at auction for three quarters of a million pounds.
The property, at 98 Poole Road and 8 Milburn Road in Westbourne, will be sold at a commercial property auction on December 13.
Starbucks has been a tenant in the building for more than a decade, and the two flats, on the first and second floors, are both under separate tenancy agreements.
The property generates £61,980 in annual rent and has a guide price of £775,000.
A recent extension of the lease has been agreed through to December 2028, with no breaks.
It will be up for sale at the Acuitus commercial property auction, listed as a ‘prime’ freehold retail and residential investment.
Jon Skerry of Acuitus said: “Prominent retail assets with additional residential income are always poplar with investors. This particular asset is situated within an affluent suburb of Bournemouth and has had Starbucks operating from its premises for the past 15 years.”
The auction will be held on Wednesday, December 13 at 1pm. It will be broadcast via livestream on the Acutius website with bidding online, by telephone, and by proxy.
