A horse that fell into a swimming pool in Sherborne needed to be rescued.
The horse became stuck on Friday night, December 1, at around 9.23pm at a property off the A352, Sherborne Hill.
A crew from Sherborne and Weymouth were called to the incident.
The horse was rescued using specialist equipment and has been put into a vet's care.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue said: "At 9.23pm crews from Sherborne Fire Station and Weymouth Fire Station were mobilised to a horse that needed rescuing after falling into a swimming pool.
"Crews have successfully rescued the horse using specialist equipment and training. The horse has now been left in the care of a vet."
