HEAVY rain could bring disruption across Dorset, the Met Office has warned.
As much as 20 to 30mm of rain could fall with a chance of some places in the south west seeing 60mm.
A yellow weather alert has been issued from midnight until 6pm on Monday, December 4.
The warning includes Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, and the rest of Dorset.
A Met Office spokesperson said: “Heavy rain will affect parts of southern England, South Wales and the southwest Midlands during Sunday night and Monday."
They added: "20-30 mm of rain falling widely with a few places seeing as much as 60 mm.”
The Met Office said flooding of some homes and businesses is possible.
Spray and flooding on roads could also make some journey times longer.
Bus and train services could also be impacted.
