THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
JAMIE SEBASTIAN RICKARD, 32 and of Walkford Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Southampton Magistrates' Court on June 13. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
MATTHEW REX BRINDLE, 43 and of Lower Blandford Road in Broadstone, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on November 20, 2019. He was fined £233 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
DAVID IAN EDWARD GRAY, 41 and of Upper Gorden Road in Christchurch, admitted committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on June 8. His original sentence was activated, and he was jailed for 13 weeks.
JADEN O'DONNELL, 21 and of Durdells Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for seven days.
SIMON PHILIP POPE, 35 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was jailed for 14 days.
LEE FRANCIS THOMAS, 35 and of Wimborne Road in Poole, admitted committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on March 30, 2022. He was fined £923.
ROWAN KERR YOUNG, 28 and of Canford Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on August 30, 2022. The original order was varied to contain new rehabilitation activity requirements and new unpaid work requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
DAVID PHILLIPS, 45 and of Gainsborough Close in Salisbury, was found guilty of drink driving in the Purewell area of Christchurch on September 9, 2022. He was fined £1000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £400 and ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He was also disqualified from driving for 15 months.
KATHERINE ANNE MARY MCKENDRICK, 59 and of Curzon Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on December 21, 2022. The original community order was revoked and he was fined £40.
JOHN ANDREW DAVIES, 40 and of Maiden Castle Road Dorchester, appeared for the conviction of an offence while under a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on April 13. The community order was revoked, and he was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
BARRY LEIGH SHORT, 50 and of Portman Road in Bournemouth, appeared for speeding in North Devon on February 5. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120, and ordered to pay costs of £85. He also got six points on his licence.
SCOTT TYLER BRUNO, 38 and of Castle Lane West, admitted speeding on the A338 Wessex Way on July 22, 2022. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120, and ordered to pay costs of £85. He also got six points on his licence.
KIAN MICHAEL JOHNSON, 21 and of Mossley Avenue, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on May 25. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
