CHRISTCHURCH Harbour is at risk of flooding, the Environment Agency has warned.
A flood alert has been issued for Christchurch Harbour and tidal stretches of the Lower Stour and Avon.
High tide is forecast just after midday today at 12.02pm.
The Environment Agency says flooding is possible for “several hours” either side of this time.
A spokesperson said: “We will continue to monitor levels closely."
They added: "Please be careful along beaches, promenades, coastal footpaths and roads as large waves and sea spray could be dangerous.”
