THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

SEM LAIDI, 51 and of Seabourne Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on August 18, 2022. He was also found guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent towards two people in Bournemouth on the same day. He was fined £250, ordered to pay compensation of £250, and ordered to pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JAMES WILLIAM PHILLIPS, 36 and of St Pauls Lane in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on October 20, 2023. The suspended sentence order was varied to become a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. The defendant must also comply with new drug rehabilitation requirements and pay costs of £60.

LEE MARTIN TURNER, 36 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £50.

STEPHEN HEARD, of Bolton Crescent in Ferndown, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DARREN JAMES KNIGHTS, 42 and of Tedder Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on September 22, 2023. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

PHILLIP PEGRAM, 35 and of Melbourne Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 23, 2023. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

JAKE GEORGE WILSON, 27 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

LEE ROGER EMM, 43 and of Matchams Lane in Hurn, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on October 3, 2022. The compliance date on his community order was extended. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

TYLER JOHN SMALLEY, 18 and of Station Road in West Moors, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements of a detention and training order made on July 7, 2023, at Dorset Youth Court. He was ordered to be detained for 64 days.
