The Ultimate Body club, found in Lynch Lane in Weymouth goes above and beyond to ensure its members receive a unique and personalised training experience. It aims to improve every aspect of your health and fitness. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking out for your wellbeing or want more motivation, dedicated Personal Trainers are available at any time to help you meet your goals. UBC was recently under new ownership and the owner, Charly Roach, who also coaches at the gym, hopes to make each and every member feel fully supported and encouraged through their fitness journeys.
“The Ultimate Body Club is not your average gym! It’s not about putting on a show. It’s about empowering members to actually feel good about themselves. We’re a community of fun and like-minded individuals. You’re not just a member to us. We treat you as part of the team, whilst encouraging what makes you unique and taking into account your individual needs. We take a more holistic approach in helping you to reach your goals, concentrating on your overall health and well-being. We love what we do, and our mission is for everyone who sets foot inside UBC to feel the same.”
The gym offers a range of classes which suit all abilities and needs, including group and one to one sessions, yoga, and nutrition coaching. It is equipped with rowing machines, SkiErgs, weights and much more. There is also the opportunity to take part in engaging challenge such as HYROX which allows you to work as a team or an individual. UBC offers more than a typical gym with active community of like-minded individuals who provide support and encouragement. Social media is used to stay connected outside the gym environment and to participate in the various social activities offered throughout the year.
Jaqueline Gaikwad, a member since 2020, said: “Since joining UBC, my overall motivation and fitness has improved! The personal trainers are amazing! Always encouraging and keeping you motivated – I would highly recommend!”
