A CHICKEN shop in Bournemouth town centre has applied to stay open until 5am.
Pepe's Piri Piri in Old Christchurch Road has submitted an application to BCP Council to vary the existing premises licence.
If approved, the restaurant would be permitted to offer late night refreshments and stay open until 5am daily.
It currently closes at 3am.
Pepe’s Piri Piri also requests that conditions of the existing premises licence relating to ‘protection of children from harm’ are amended.
The application is yet to be determined and will remain open for public consultation until March 26.
Representations should be made in writing on or before this date to BCP Council’s licensing team.
