A MAN who was found with injuries refused to go to hospital. 

Emergency services were called to a disturbance in Knole Road, Bournemouth, on Friday evening, March 1. 

A resident was found at an address with injuries “not believed to be serious”, according to police. 

Paramedics attended but the man refused to go to hospital for treatment. 

It’s not clear how the man was injured, but no further police investigation was needed. 

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “At 7.14pm on Friday, March 1, 2024 officers received a report of a disturbance at an address in Knole Road in Bournemouth. 

“Officers attended and one man was found with injuries that were not believed to be serious. The ambulance service attended and assessed the man and he refused to go to hospital for treatment. 

“No offences were reported and no further police action was required.” 

A spokeswoman for the South Western Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 5.37pm on Friday, March 1 to an incident in Bournemouth and we sent a double-crewed land ambulance.”
