A DORSET man is ‘set for life’ after winning in The National Lottery.

The man, known only as Mr C, has won £10,000 a month for a year after matching the five main numbers in the Set For Life draw.

Mr C played a lucky dip via The National Lottery app, before being announced as winner in the draw on Thursday, January 25.

He became one of more than eight million players that win each week in The National Lottery’s range of games.

Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: “Huge congratulations to Mr C, who has banked a whopping £10,000 every month for an entire year.

"Big celebrations are definitely in order.”
