A MAJOR flyover was closed on Thursday evening during rush hour after a crash.
Dorset Police received a report of a two vehicle crash on Towngate Bridge flyover in Poole, past George Roundabout, at 5.15pm on March 14.
Police officers rushed to the scene along with paramedics and the fire service.
One man received treatment to injuries at the scene, but it’s not clear if anybody went to hospital. South Western Ambulance Service has been approached for more details.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and rescue Service said two Poole crews attended the crash and confirmed the incident involved three cars.
They arrived at the scene at 5:25pm and were back at the station by 6pm.
According to a Dorset Police spokeswoman, the road was reopened at around 6.15pm.
